The Toronto Jewish Quilting Project uses communal quilt-making as a way of building community. For almost twenty years, the primary focus of this group is to make quilts and provide them as gifts for those touched by cancer.
To date, the project has brought comfort to over 500 recipients.
Each one of the Angel Quilts is an expression of the creativity and compassion of these dedicated quilters.
We are always in need of new quilters – no experience needed.
A great way to meet new people, be part of a community, make an impact in someone’s life that matters.
The program takes place on Wednesdays 1:30pm to 3:30pm at Council House, 890 Sheppard Ave. W.
