National Council of Jewish Women of Canada, Toronto

It has been an honour, privilege and an incredible learning experience serving as President of NCJWC, Toronto. I am humbled on a daily basis by the volunteers whose commitment to our mission of education, service and social action is worthy of much recognition and praise. I salute the two women with whom I have worked so closely – Dahlia Rusinek (my co- chair for the first term) for her wisdom and courage to be the catalyst for the needed changes within our organization and Eva Karpati (VP and future President) for her creativity and extraordinary enthusiasm towards service to the community.
